Kenneth J. Richards
Kenneth J. Richards has 25+ years’ experience in corporate and investment banking, including serving as Managing Director with CIBC World Markets in Los Angeles and Toronto, and CFO of both public and private companies. At CIBC, he was Managing Director of one of CIBC’s largest debt portfolio. Throughout his career, he has completed much large debt, high yield, and equity financings, in both North America and across the globe.
He was an NASD Supervising Principal. He is the co-founder of the Westlake/Santa Barbara Chapter of Tech Coast Angels and previously served on TCA’s Board of Governors. (TCA is the largest angel-funding network in the U.S.). He also served on the Biotechnology Industry Organization (“BIO”) Finance Committee (BIO is the biotechnology industry’s principal trade organization). B.S. Biology; B.S. Craig Boardman
Craig Boardman (Founder & Chairman, Seapointe Capital) has been involved in finance and consulting for more than 30 years. He founded Seapointe Capital, a boutique advisory firm, which specializes in bespoke structures for the acquisition, disposition, development and financing of commercial and residential real estate, equipment leasing as well as international trade finance. He is also the founder of CW Boardman & Associates, an accounting and financial planning firm that provides entrepreneurial individuals and corporations with business and estate planning strategies, with a focus on financial planning for real estate. Craig earned his MBA from the University of Cape Town, South Africa, a Bachelor of Science (Biology) from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Arts (Chemistry) degree in Chemistry from Whitman College. He holds a California CPA license and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification.
Thomas Garofalo
Thomas Garofalo has 30+ years experience as a senior executive in executive management, operations management, and business development in both North America and Asia. He has held senior positions with Fortune 500 companies (DuPont Asia – 18 years), as well as serving as President, North Asia Operations, Comverse Technology (software/mobile media systems), VP, Century Computers Inc. (telecom IP) and Regional Vice President, Auspec Systems (enterprise storage systems.
Tom has also served as an advisor and/or Board member to a wide range of large corporate and emerging technology companies, globally, as well as acting as an advisor to the Singapore Economic Development Agency. BS Engineering, Clarkson University.
Don Greene
Don Greene (Broker, Sotheby’s International Realty). With over 22-years of real estate experience, Don’s expertise in the North American market is unparalleled. From helping his clients receive the maximum value to specializing in commercial investments ranging from retail, office development to multi-family. His knowledge of real estate and local connections led to a role on HGTV’s Flip That House and numerous TV shows. Don is an active member of professional organizations including the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and the Beverly Hills Board of Realtors. Giving back to the community is a top priority. Serving as a dynamic team leader for the Harold Robinson Foundation, he has directed fundraising campaigns responsible for sending hundreds of LA’s inner city youth on an all-expense-paid retreats.
Andrew Martin
Andrew Martin has extensive experience in financial services advisory, banking, real estate investment and management. Andrew is based in York Bridge Capital’s Toronto office and is responsible for the firm’s real estate and corporate advisory services, both domestically and internationally. Andrew has both a Bachelor of Commerce and MBA.
Dean Greene
Dean Greene (founder The Greene Consulting Group), a pioneer in the renewable energy sector with 40+ years in the solar industry. Dean has developed and managed projects across a breadth of sizes and geographies. Projects ranging from residential to large scale commercial and public sector installations. Dean has also led business development efforts including serving as VP of Business Development for Summit Energy Group, leading their expansion into 7 states.
Dean’s executive experience includes positions with EMJ Corporation, Vivint Solar and George Solar and Co. Dean’s current focus is in the United States, the Caribbean and Canada.
